During the first season of the Doctor Who reboot in 2005, every episode or two-parter (save the premiere) had an appearance of the phrase "Bad Wolf" somewhere in it (sometimes in another language). The significance of the phrase wasn't learned until the two-part season finale, the first half being called "Bad Wolf."
