Hmm, this looks interesting to try...

Name a character I'm familiar with and I'll tell you three (or more) facts about them from my own personal pseudo-canon.
Be warned that if I don't have an elaborate picture of the character in my mind, I may make up stuff on the fly.

3) Chiyo's brilliance went unrecognized through elementary school because she got stuck with sucky teachers every year, all of whom were pretty much "phoning in" their lessons. Chiyo got ahead anyway by reading a lot. Then she took a competency exam in fourth grade, scored off the charts, and got her legendary five-grade jump.

Date: 2007-05-19 03:01 am (UTC)1) Fujin didn't meet Seifer until the Garden, but she'd known Raijin since they were both kids. They attended a different orphanage than Squall and gang; Raijin attached himself to her and after he proved too stubborn to push away for long, she gave up and tolerated his presence.
2) "Fujin" is not her birth name; she and Raijin came up with their nicknames together. She refuses to give out her real name and if someone finds it out independently, she'll never answer to it.
3) Fujin lost her eye in the accident that made her an orphan; her parents and herself were victims of one of the worst train accidents in the history of Balamb. She remembers the event only very vaguely, but to this day the only way she can travel on trains is to close all the window shades and pretend the room isn't moving for the duration of the trip.

3) One day Book just started hiking into the hills of Persephone on a whim, feeling lost and wanting to become more so. Eight hours later (in what he would later describe as "divine accident"), he stumbled into a valley and found himself before an isolated monastery, and the rest is history.
(Maybe I'll do Lucca later.)

2) Lucca's an unconvincing liar. If she wants to be tactful, she'll shut up completely.
3) Lucca once had a porno dream about herself and a humanized Robo. She has resolved never to mention this to anyone EVER.

Date: 2007-05-19 11:42 pm (UTC)1) The weird head shape is because that's where most of their vital organs are stored. Almost everything below the neck is pure muscle, which is why the Prince can move such huge objects.
2) Cosmos (or whatever their species is called) never stop growing; the King will always be proportionally the same size to the Prince.
3) The Prince rarely speaks because he's shy, not to mentioned cowed by how comparatively booming his dad's voice is.

Date: 2007-05-19 11:27 pm (UTC)2) Morte's ability to fly is a weird mystic side effect of being on the Pillar of Skulls; he's always at the exact "altitude" he resided.
3) Post-adventure, Morte has continued to meet with Kismaxi Adder-Tongue regularly to get into practice insult matches. Annah will often snarkily refer to these meetings as "dates." Grace suspects Annah's more right than she realizes.
