Of course, Limbaugh's judgement was so shallow that he didn't even correctly identify the name of one of the games he based his ruling on. I'd challenge the idea that he even played the games he supposedly based his ruling on. And if he did, it was a superficial attempt to understand them- comparable to visiting a Dadaist exibit and proclaiming art "not speech" because his narrow understanding of the subject matter can't find a message in a urinal being declared "art."
