Actually, I smashed him Thursday morning, and got everyone out alive. Which was pretty good considering that on my first six or seven tries, I got massacred. (I finally thought to fire off a Dispel Magic before they saw me; suddenly Semaj is sitting there in nothing but his jammies, and I could take him out before he could get off another spell. He had been the big nuisance, really, with his confusion spells...)
