Oh, you're evil. :P Hmm...

1) The weird head shape is because that's where most of their vital organs are stored. Almost everything below the neck is pure muscle, which is why the Prince can move such huge objects.

2) Cosmos (or whatever their species is called) never stop growing; the King will always be proportionally the same size to the Prince.

3) The Prince rarely speaks because he's shy, not to mentioned cowed by how comparatively booming his dad's voice is.
