Duct-Tape Yuuko is from CLAMP's xxxHolic. Chii and Freya are also characters in CLAMP's Tsubasa Resevoir Chronicles. Since CLAMP was at this year's AX, there were a lot of CLAMP cosplayers wandering around.
The Sax playing guys are there every year. Some years there's also a sister violin and cello duet called "Ramen and Rice". They play anime and video game tunes on request.
