Although she's always had a bit of a "You're in a hurry? Okay, you can pay next time," attitude, it really started in force when I got on my new medical insurance. The next time I went in, I noted it to her, and she said she'd look into how much the insurance covered, and I could hold off paying until she had it figured out.
Two months later, she's presumably got that information organized, but she's been so busy she can't take ten minutes to sit down and explain it to me. She's a little understaffed at the moment; she still does a great job with the actual chiropractor-ing, but she really doesn't have time for administrative details on the side, at least during the periods I drop in. I took my lunch break at 11 today just so I'd be able to swing by at a time I thought would be calmer, and she panicked from seeing me and asked if it could wait until tomorrow, please? Then she went on to her next patient. Errr...
