A new face sits on my monitor.
Sep. 7th, 2004 12:12 pmHad another LAN party for Labor Day, which should explain my absence. Again, largely Battlefield: Vietnam.
Some friend of one of our number owns a going-out-of-business computer store, so he was there pawning off games and hardware at low prices. Given my impending decrease in budget, I was hesitant to pick up anything even at what he was offering, but I couldn't resist a plush Dust Puppy when they're going for a measely buck a piece. (They originally sold for $10, I believe.)
