I just figured out why my connection was running so slow. My roommates been pulling an entire series worth of Bit Torrent files over the cable modem at once. For the past two days. It's been knocking my ping time up to a second and a half. If you're wondering why I haven't been online much...

It seems to be improving, at least; maybe he finally finished a couple.

And on the lighter side of the news, my friend Wendy was on Conan O'Brian last night. She's a regular SILWest attender, which is how I know her, but she got on Conan for webmastering DarwinAwards.com, as well as publishing two collections. Go Wendy.

And I just polished off Ayashi no Ceres, on loan from my roommate. Probably not one I'd watch twice; just a tad too romantic-angsty for my taste. (Says the guy who wrote Lost, I know...) But Yuuhi has to have the coolest weapons ever (chopsticks!) It's most interesting when the bodies are dropping left and right... in between, it's kind of incoherent.
