Ick

The pipes under the kitchen sink leak. Lately they've started to leak a LOT. Considering that the dishwasher feeds into the same pipes, this effectively eliminates our ability to do the dishes, lest the kitchen floor be flooded by the time it finishes the rinse cycle. We tried putting a pan under the leak to catch the water today, since we were completely out of clean dishes... it filled up and we still wound up with a marsh. The plumber's coming to have a look on Tuesday. Here's hoping we hold out until then.
