Oddities.

For various reasons, I haven't been to Irvine Presbyterian in about a year. For a while, my church "car pool" (okay, only two of us, but it was our get-together time for the week) had decided to go to another church, because Mo wanted a place with a good music program to get involved in. Then I was in Japan for a while. Then I was too tired the weekend I came back and slept in Sunday, and last week I was at SILWest. But now Mo's graduated and moved back to NorCal, and I'm going to the place I enjoyed best, which is the aforementioned IrvPres. It's got its own college service, which is just the perfect size to feel like a comfortable community for me.

Odd surprise when I got there... one of the guys at the service is a UCI student in my major. In fact, in two of my classes. In fact, he's my partner for the AI Project course. We'd both commented that the other looked familiar, but we couldn't place each other.
