Your Japanese word for the day: Matsuri.

This weekend is Tsuru University's annual Katsuragawa Festival, which is much like you'd expect a college festival to be: open house for the classrooms, random activities, food booths for all the clubs, and really sucky college bands on the stage. :p UCI's Wayzgoose only manages to last for one day, so I don't know how they're going to keep this up for four... regardless, I'm pretty sure I'll miss the last day anyway for reasons I'll go into later.
