And wind powers are limited. If I ever make CMZ, I'd probably have to cheat and use Gravity Control for the primary, which can fake as Wind Control if you pick the right powers. (With Storm Summoning for the secondary.)
But Lucca would be right at home as a Blaster with Assault Rifle primary, Devices or Fire Manipulation secondary.
