Episode 59, eh? I forget which one that is. But yes. Rock Lee is indeed awesome. I misjudged him on his dorky appearance at first. Actually, that's one thing I like about Naruto-- most of the protagonists have their chance to display that they are stronger and COOLER than you, the people around them, and they themselves may think.
And yes, the Chuunin exam goes on for... quite a bit. But it does go onto a new story line after wrapping up MOST of the dilemmas in the Chuunin part. ;)
