Whoops?

I was poking around LJ using Netscape instead of IE and suddenly realized something was terribly wrong. I'm not having this problem with IE or any of my image viewing programs, just Netscape, so I've gotta wonder if it's just me. So Netscape users, in the icon used for this post, is Kagura kicking at a normal speed or is she doing her best imitation of The Flash?

I'm using Firefox (same basic engine as Netscape 6 and 7, though), and yes, it's animating way too fast. I think I saw it animating properly before, when I was using Mozilla 1.6 (or so), though, but I had GIF animation just turned off in that most of the time anyway.

I'm using Safari ans it's insanely fast, yes.
