He's the president, and he is bald. Or at least balding. Also, the position is "priest," not pastor. And there have been Anglicans in America for a long time--they're called Episcopalians. I don't know why Americans have a special term for those in communion with Canterbury when all the other countries connected do not (they are called anglicans in Nigeria, for instance), but there you go.
