Yeah, I watched Moulin Rouge last night. (With Japanese subtitles!) The odd thing is that I'm still not sure whether I like it or not. On the one hand, it's got some incredible choreography, camera work, acting, music, and effects. On the other hand, the plot was a little chaotic, the ending was terribly depressing... and the duet between Zidler and the Duke will likely be burnt into my brain for all eternity. (Dunno if I can forgive that last one.)

While it's not a movie I'd watch over and over again, I absolutely loved the music! Got the CD for Christmas last year, and I was overjoyed! And often music is what draws me back to a movie.
